Relish the Thought
Kathy Lambert and Rachel White met when their children were at Play Center, and then school, together. Having always been keen supporters of things happening in their local community, they wanted to somehow contribute when the Coatesville market was started in 2007. Doing what they already knew, with the recipes in their home cookbooks, they started selling preserves and relishes, and are still going from strength to strength. They have worked hard to maintain their values as the business has grown, building strong relationships with local growers and still only using seasonal produce. Their award winning products contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and are still made in small batches by hand, with love and care.
